Gathering Place/Info on Event:
We are back with Houston5k RunWalk with theme: RunLikeMe!! at the Memorial Park, N Picnic Ln, Houston TX 77007
We will start to warm up at 8:50am for 5-10minutes, and then take off running/jogging/walking around the trail by 8am. {To go round the loop is approximately 3.1miles)
It’s a fun fitness gathering and everyone is encouraged to participate at the pace (there’s a wide range of paces in our group, so no pressures).
After the RunWalk, we’ll stretch for about 10-15 minutes , take a group photo and then disperse
